13" Universal Floor Buffer Pad Holder w/ Clutch Plate & Riser

Product Description

This 13 inch pad holder with clutch plate is pretty much universal, and can be used with about 95% of all the 13" floor buffers on the market. It comes with a 1" riser, and the actual diameter of the block is 12" This allows the pad driver to fit underneath the apron of your machine and still turn a 13" pad.
